You will get a little, but don't be dissapointed if you don't get any. When you change the exhaust/powerband charicteristics you may only have gains midrange, low or high like you are wanting. You won't know for sure until you get it out and romp on it. If you want to add top end speed, spend $10 and get a 14 tooth front sproket and replace your stock 13 tooth. You will gain around 6 mph. Plus 1st gear will be usable now. I hated 1st. gear in my 02, it would be fine if I enjoyed riding on the tank. Since they neglected to put any padding there, I don't much care for it.

With the pipes and filters you will get more hp and torque. The larger rear tires and larger front and or smaller rear sprocket is where your faster MPH will come into play, but it will also take a tad longer to get to your top speed. If your on the street you will be fine. If your in a sand wash your 5th gear may not be usable at all. JMO

2002 Raptor with a 14 tooth front sproket, Yosh. full exhaust, K&N Air filter, small air box mods (see photos) & a DynoJet kit 148/150. I am running 6 lbs in all four tires.

GPS verified top speed (79.1 mph) on pavement with a little wind.
