What are the valve clearences on a 2002 raptor??

Didn't see it in the manual... Haven't checked them yet but it isn't even broken in yet but would like to check them soon, what range should they be in??

Intakes are 0.10~0.15mm (0.0039~0.0059in) exausts 0.15~0.20mm (0.0059~0.0079in)

Do your self a favor & get a factory service manual, It's not the best in the world (a little vauge for shade tree mechanics) but it's the best we got till Haynes or Clymer come out with one.

I check my valves every other oil change or about every 20 hrs riding time. the intakes were a little tight but never had to touch the exausts & it's a good thing cause their a B!+ch to get to.

Thanks for the info.... How much is the sevice manual?? I know it was 80 bucks for my DRZ!

I gave $75 for mine & that included the 02 supplement.
