LTraptor- give me a few days to put my raptor back together. I should be getting my motor back tommorow from Trinity. They beat the est. time frame they gave me. Everyone was nice on the phone. Price turned out to be lower than i thought it would be.

I put my 686 Trinity raptor(Blue) back together about 2 weeks ago. I am lucky enough to have 2 raptors. The Trinity machine (Blue) eats the other one (Black) for breakfast. The black one is piped, jet kit, and k&n filter most of the lid missing.
The trinity machine rocks. I run against modifed ported and piped Banshees with no problem. It cost me about $1300 for the works and I did the tear down and reassembly.

Have fun.

GregV- I got the 686 kit from Trinity. They have tons of options, different cams, piston comp etc.
Mine consist of-
1.seal, valve stem 41.00
2.gasket,cyclinder 10.80
3.o-ring 4.90
4.gasket,crankcase 9.16
5.raptor .030 17.99
6.barrnet clucth s 15.99
7.80-421 cam 165.00
8.valve springs 220.00
9.102mm je piston 239.99
10. 180 main jet 3.90
11. 187.5 main jet 3.90
12. 32mm valve 100.00

labor- proport with chamber mod, bore cyclinder, valve job. The ups man brought the stuff tonight. To bad i can not put it in. Will try to have shop do the install wens. or thrus. The pro-port looks good! The stock piston is flat, this one is a 11-1. But it was explained to me that my actual ratio would be closer to 10.5-1 due to the pro-port work.

Trinity recieved my parts on 2/20 and shipped back on 3/6. They called me when they checked in the parts, disscussed what i wanted/looking for/recomended. They then called back with the price and time frame. I called them once after that to check on status (quad withdrawal) and talked to Harry (owner) I had a million questions of quads in gereral, but did not want to talk his ear off, so stuck with my raptor questions. Through in one about this atv connection. I WILL USE THEM in the future. I am IMMPRESED with my parts. I can't wait.
