Well, just added 2" to a stock raptor swingarm and polished it up. Took some time but looks smoking.

 

how did you polish it? I tried to do my grab bar, wire wheel on dremel? What and how do I Put the brown powder stuff on? 6 hours half done wire sticken all out of me looks like crap!how much did your swing arm cost?

I just finished my side cases with my dremel. I wish I had thaught about paint remover first, it took me forever and three wire brushes. It does look good, time well spent. On the grab bar, I think it is steel so it will rust. You might be able to spray some clear coat over it and stop the rust.
