HOW MUCH FOR 2002 RAPTOR

In Australia the average price is $12,500 Aussie $$$$. How would think 6 or 7 years ago our money was about the same and now its half. Stupid economy!!!

Take the Chicago Cycle price, $5395, add $352 to it for documentation fees and other stuff, then add YOUR state sales tax to it when you title it in your home state. Here in MI that works out to $6092 out the door. I've not heard of anybody that can beat Chicago's price, but a few dealers here in MI are willing to match it, meaning they are still making a profit.

well i havent boughten anything, thank god...but i believe its 8.25% for tax, then dealer prep charges....DMV fees, etc...but im guessing the dealer prep charges is where most of the $$ is...they gotta put all that stuff one....i emailed chicago, do you think they would ship to california?!?!

Dude, the raptor's sticker price is 6,499.00. If you dealer cannot mach that or beat that price, I would be looking somewhere else. The raptor has been on the market for awhile now. It's not a limited product like the new z400 which is in hot demand right now. These dealers want your money and they should work with you to get it. Like I said in my previous post, you have to call around and let them bargain for YOUR business! I can't believe how much you all are being charged. It really makes me appreciate my deal of 6,250 including tax, title, tags, helmet and goggles.

i know that dealer price is 5532.00 that includes shipping to them and the cost to set it up. they also get 3% of that price for the ones they sell in the current model year so if any one payes the 6499 list price for a raptor there dealer is makeing 967.00 off you.

Trekk,
I have a 2001 Alba Raptor in blue. I got it for 7591.00 out the door last June.
I am very happy with it. I have it mooded to the hilt. Paid 300.00 for a kid to drive it from Alba to Livermore, Ca., 400 miles or so. My local Yamaha dealer wanted to sell me a stock one for 7300.00. I got a pipe, graphics, kit, gripper seat cover, proflow adapter, 1010.00 extra's. You know the drill. So for the 250.00 extra over the stock one I bought it. Then I went crazy and modded it the ALBA WAY.
Totally Modded Alba Raptor-Race Ready.
