Anyone piped their 02 grizzly?

I've piped my Grizzly with the HMF, put a dynojet kit in, and K&N airfilter with a modified airbox. The difference is night and day. With my 27" Bi/Tri Claws, it will stand the grizzly up on the rear tires when you stab the throttle. The power difference is impossible to describe. I went this route to gain back what little snappiness I lost with the 27" Claws, let me tell you, I got more back then I ever lost. Simply amazing.

Your dealer is correct. The clowns at K&N still haven't got the right filter out for the 660, and last I heard it could be a couple more months.
I was holding off on all these mods until the K&N filter was correct...well they lied to a dealer, dealer passed it onto me, I ordered everything which all came except the K&N. The dealer called me and told me K&N really didn't have the correct filter for the 660. what did I want to do. I knew others were usuing the grizzly 600's filter, just trimming the plastic a little to make it fit tight, so that's what I did.

Not a problem. I got everything from East Kentucky Motorsports , they don't list the HMF on the web, but just telephone them on their toll free line, and ask for John.

How much trimming did you actually do? Did you have to modify the stock airbox or did it fit ok. I really want to add the K&N when I do the jets. Would you possibly have the part number? I always worry that a bad seal will let dirt be sucked in. $$$$$$$$$$$ You get my drift.
