Did you talk with some one at ITP, because I have seen them on a go cart with no bigger than 5 inch rims. I am looking at a picture right now in the April ATV Sport, on page 92, of some 16x6.5-8 hole shots on a LEM Cayman. The # it has for questions about the quad is 1-800-344-9745. If you talk with some one at ITP and can't find them try that number, tell them you saw it in atv sport.

 

I pretty sure it's nothing more than a Badger. Check for rims and tires for a Badger too.
