I am just wonder what kinda oil to use, it says no spray on oils!!! I have some spray on oil and i have No-Toil, which sould I use? The no toil I can soak it in....

 

Also, It says to remove the cages in the filter(foam filter) to oil, but they are too big to come out the holes???? Leave them in or what?

 

I used Bel Ray Foam Filter oil. And also, the cages do come out. It's just a very tight fit. It took me a while to get them out as well. But you do want to take them out, so you can squeeze the filter oil all the way through.
