I went rideing friday and planned on takeing it easy so I wouldn't brake anything.I didn't make it down the frist trail,before I hit a small jump,1st gear and mabey 1-2 foot in the air.it come down on the on all four tires.When I hit the lower ball joint came out.We got it back together and rode the rest of the day.But we had to take some vice grips and press the ball joint in so it wouldn't come back out.I've all ready ordered a new one,and it should be here friday before we are supose to leave.
Has any more RAPTOR RIDERS had any ball joint problems?
After we got it rideable we rode the rest of the day.On the way back to the truck I lost my front sproket nut and the sprocket came off.Didn't hurt anything but what the he**.I love my Raptor,but its one thing after another. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/img]

 

Am I the only one with ball joint problems.

 

Can't say that I've had any trouble with my front end, nothing that a little grease didn't fix. Had a bad squeak, from the factory they are really cheap with the grease, same trouble with my buddies Banshee. I hit the far side of a ditch bank with my front end so hard it flipped me over the bars then the machine came over on top of me. No damage, anywhere (not including me)[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
