I have the foam Pro Flow fiter on my raptor and bought the K&N stage 2 jet kit. I installed it to the settings it says to use with stock pipe and aftermarket filter, below 3000 feet. It was running way to rich I think, I took off the airbow lid and it runs better. I is still off I think, Anyone else running this set up on their Raptor? Is the jetting they say to use off that much, even with the lid off it is still rich I think... Whatr changes from the kit should I make? I am about 500ft above sea level i would guess, in northeast Ohio, to give an idea of elevation. It sure is alot different so far, lots more torque, almost too much! Comming out of turns and shifting the front end just comes up like its nothing. would a pipe raise the torque up in the rpms maybe, and help it to rev out faster??? It needs something!

First of all which jet sizes are your running. Did you trim the snorkel. They recommend the clip at 4th groove. I changed mine to the 3rd groove (i'm at 1200 ft). With that jetting (Dynojet) you should be real close. Why do you think it is rich ?

142 and 144 mains, 4th groove for the clip, 3 turns out on fuel screws, and i did trim the snorkel. It seemed to be bogging out kinda, so I took off the airbox lid and it ran alot better. Didn't have much power with it on. I will look at the plug tonight after work and let you know what it looks like! thanks
