diff. lube change

if i run mobil-1 synthetic gear lube in the front diff., will i need to add the limited-slip additive...'01 grizz

If the 01 is like the other Yamaha limited slips, you will need to put in about 1.5 ounces of limited slip additive (get it at an auto parts store,comes in a little 4-5 ounce bottle.) I believe the newer ones use the lockable front end,activated from the handlebar,so they may not need it, but not being a Grizz owner,I can't be 100 % sure of that.
