A new Stator assembly cost $220, but all it needs is a little electrical component on the assembly. Has anybody replaced just that little box and save themselves the $220.
thanks,

For $180 at Rocky Mtn you can get a 250 watt stator.

After doing more homework, the RockyMountain stator will not work because it does not bring the little black box I talked about, which I found out is called the "pulsator". Instead of gambling, I ordered the stock part from Yamaha of Troy, and it cost $180, they had the best price I could find.

The little pulsator is not sold separately by Yamaha, instead, you have to buy the whole assembly, it doesn't make sense, but since when does Yamaha make sense.
