Is there a de-compression on it. My dad's battery is shot, so every time he wants to start it he needs to pull start it. Sometimes it is easy to pull, but than the next pull can be really tough, like it grabs and won't let go. than your hand slips off and you start cussing at the top of your lungs. anyways is there one?

 

you just have to grow some ***** and yank the sucker as hard as you can. or else grow some brains and realize that after every easy pull you yank is up a little, let it go back down then pull again.
