If you have been effected by the valve backorder problem from Yamaha. We may have the solution for you. We had custom valves made by Ferrea, These valves are made from stainless steel and are currently in stock.

If you don't know, you don't need them!!! The stock valves are having a problem with mushrooming the head. Or they are worn beyond re-use

harry,i called and talked to your sales man about a bigbore banshee motor,he said the largest you are doing is a 528 power valve about 90hp,he did not know the torque specs for the motor, can you tell me? my freind hill climbs motorcycles,he has a 1400 kawi open bike and runs a cr500 in the 600 class, their rules are must be under 600cc and run on race gas.their are guys running custom built motors using rotax top ends, and other combos.he is thinking about using a banshee motor to be competitive.this would be a comp only motor, would see a few practices and then just run the hill.how close could you get to the 600cc limit and is above 100hp acheivable? you can also e-mail me at derbyking@webtv.net

The reason that we went down to a 525 from the larger 570 is that we were not that happy with the transfer port channel area of the bigger powervalve motors. So at this time we are just offering the 525. We also have dynoed that motor at 110hp.
