Who uses or knows anything about them? Do they just look better or do they stop better? And not worried about the lifespan what brakes pads( metalic, semi-metalic, ect) stop the fastest? Everyone is always worried about how fast you can go now I want to see how fast I can stop.

 

Surely someone knows about brakes. How about twin piston or better calipers?
