Doesn't sound like a very good warrenty to me. What a crock. You buy the extended warrenty and they still won't cover all costs. Whats your deductable with this warrenty? Thats all you should be required to pay. JMO

DAKOTARAPTOR,
Did you purchase the Y.E.S.[Yamaha Extended Service] or a plan offered by your dealer??
Extended service plans differ from one to another. What does your warranty say? Parts and you pay labor? Parts and 50/50 Labor?? You read it when you bought it didn't you?? Not all warrantys are the same. Read it and let us know what it says.
If it is supposed to cover everything, your dealer has notified Yamaha that the problem was your own fault. When this happens, Yamaha will not pay for all the repair costs and sometimes not at all.
Let us know.
