For those traveling- you can camp out overnight at the track or a Ramada Limited is 5 miles away. The number is (817) 441-5443. This is a dry county so if you want a brew after you ride, bring it.

 

BF- It is real hard to get lost in Aledo. Just roll down the window and listen for the quads, or stop at 1 of the 4 businesses and ask where that crazy guy with the raptor lives.

 

i'll be there! 1 dyno run. 14mins is right, it's like impossible to get lost in Aledo lol. Hasn't changed much from when i lived there.

Right now it's 3. A couple of questions for you though. 1 dyno run for sure. Barring any melt downs between now and next weekend.

What's the charge to get in for the day? Wanna make sure to bring enough cash flow!
I remember someone saying there were track and trails, how big is this place?
I'm all for roughing it but tell me there will be a porta crapper somewhere?

We're going to check out a new track today, if it's any good you all should come up and ride it sometime.

Jennifer, great that you are comming the more the better. There is no charge, just have fun. Yes there is a track that has high bank turns, jumps and bumps and is right at 1/2 mile per lap. There is also about 5 miles of rails through wodds and access to a small river. The potty situation should be no problem. There will be other women there too and some have self contained trailers and we have some other options too. There is about 150 acres and the way it is plotted it is stretched out.

 

RaptorRRC, I will be their and you can put me down for 1 dyno, I am not sure if anyone will be coming with me, But thier still will be only 1 dyno total.

P.S. Tell Mark to put me down for 2 hamburgers!
