I am running a 160/165 main jet with pro design K&N.I was wondering if i can put my stock exhaust back on with hurting my Raptor.The reason why is i have 2 send back my Graydon exhaust because one of the bolt loops on the silencer snap off while i was ridding.I like to ride this week end with my buddy just got a Cannondale Cannibal has HMF pipe and speed map should be fast.

 

The stock can will restrick the flow and you will now be running to rich. Plus you will sound like a big lawn mower,lol[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] But what the heck, give it a try, just don't race for money

 

You can, but it will probably run a little rich. Adjust the air/fuel screw.

 

If i pull out the spark arrestor will that help the air flow.

 

So you thing i will be ok ridding?I plan taking it easy.What do you think about taking the spark arrestor out? Don't plan on racing for money not yet anway went i get back my Graydon them we will run them. I like what you said the big lawn mower.lol

 

Do you have your restrictor cut out of your snorkle? if you do that will help air flow if not you will be too rich.

 

Also, back the mains down 'till it pulls the hardest on top end with a tan plug.

 

I am going 2 run with no snorkle and with a 5x5 hole cut out in the lid and with prodesign K&N. What do you think should be alright?
