We are thinking of building Raptor sub frames and need to know if there is any interest out there. Do you need a Raptor sub frame?

I am in need of a rear subframe. Are you going to make them out of steel or aluminum?

All it takes is one good crash, and you too will need a subframe. Mine bent pretty easily. It's not completely wiped out, but it is visually noticeable.

You just lost my sale. You can buy them from Yamaha or Lonestar racing for $350.00. They need to be in the $200 to $250 range for me to consider buying a steel version rather than the aluminum Yamaha subframe. I know you're gonna counter with 4130 being stronger than the factory unit, however I'd prefer to keep my Raptor as light as possible. Even if it means having to buy an aluminum subframe every couple of years.

Count me in i just broke mine on my 06 700 Raptor. The 700 has enough power to handle a couple extra lbs if u make out of steel and most of us could go on a diet and make up the difference. What do u know about this guy that is making them already and calling them Pit Viper? I believe he also offers 2 additional optional braces that can be used on the OEM sub frame before u break or bend it.
