I found this picture today.

Looks like he is ready to go very fast down the strip.

It looks like the suspension is solid mounted. Also looks like it would be in the compressed position.

No going muddin for this Raptor.

Chet

Yeah it can't be the fastest Raptor around because it still has the headlights (aerodynamics) and the tail light (electrical draw) and way to much plastic still left on it (weight and areodynamics)..The rider's jacket would even slow him down. but most of all the stock front tires ..I don't know about you guys but when I get my Raptor over 80 mph the front wheels are stretched so bad you can see the bead inside of the rim ! (21" Maxxis Razor's w/Douglas.190) ..But thanks for the cool photo atleast someone is trying

Actually thats a pretty standard set up for drags.
I run on sand & I tie down my rear suspension, It makes your launches more consistant & improves reaction times.
The solid struts on the front help keep the front end down.
I thought I went overboard on my wheelie bar!! His looks like it came off a Pro Stock Bike!!

THEMOOSE,

Thanks for that information. I have never seen quads on a drag strip before.

Does anyone know what the typical 0-60 time would be? Quarter mile times?

Chet
