I agree, I think we will see a new sticker or two and maybe a few new colors. but I doubt there will be any all new bikes. If they do, they sure kept it a good secret. I am realy into v-twins
now that I finaly boght one. I dobt I by another yamaha until they come out with one.

<< I'd like to see a Z400 beat a banshee in a drag race. So far everything that is suppose to outrun the banshee hasn't been able to do it yet. Atleast not that I have seen. Seems like Yamaha's 15 year old technology is working pretty good to me. >>

Yeah, it'd wouldn't smoke one- but you bring a stock raptor over here and I'll show you my taillight more than a time or two.

 

Fu(k a banshee. Ugly as hell.

 

Like I said I'll believe a Z will outrun a banshee when I see it. The raptor is suppose to outrun the banshee too, but the raptor I saw at the dragstrip ran two tenths slower than the banshee did. Could have been driver, but I will only believe what I see. I'm not going to listen to magazines that are paid to say what is the fastest.

 

All this talk about what will outrun what?
There is a lot more to a quad than just a drag race.
And as far as what quad is the fastest. I have a wolverine now and have rode several Raptors,Banshees,400EXs ect and after riding dirt bikes for 25+ years,,,,They are ALL slow.

 

There is more to a quad than just drag racing, but that is what I care about. My first hobby is drag racing. I guess I just can't get away from the thrill of straight-line acceleration.

 

I use to ride with a Banshee while I had a Warrior, we hated riding with him, had to wait or help him up every rutted rocky hill there was, that Banshee was always hung up in a rut or on a rock, but when it finally got back to the dirt roads I hated eating the dust. I made a promise to myself to never go riding with that thing again, but I did. Great quad, but not on the gas and power lines we ride.
