well that explain it and it also tend to be brittle since the header pipe is thin. If I were you might just rich it up a little bit to be on the safe side. It wouldn't hurt at all.

I did some calling to Yoshi they weren't the best help I think it was the person, So I called dynojet And the said that they settings I have should work fine and being I have a thin header pipe that I would get a glow but he also said that it wouldn't hurt if I turned the air screw out 1/2 more and see if this will help, Then I calld alba and I have to say they were the most help, willing to give advice on products that are not theres. Great guys. I did end up ordering from them 27.5 pilot screws and the owners manual. As soon as I get my quad running **** I will let you know....jessie james

My buddies does the same thing no matter how rich you go it doesnt matter. its also a yoshi titanium, which isnt painted. I have night vision video of me on my raptor and him on his, it looks like he has 3 headlights because of the header glow. He has the 27.5 pilots in aswell, prodesign with no lid but the dynojet kit wasnt working out for him. he went back to large stock jets, and is still fattening it up every weekend.. I doubt he will even get it dialed in without the lid.
