okay all i ordered was a front brake lever and that was friday its almost been a week! i heard that sometimes when you order from them u never get it is that true?? if it is should i just buy it from somewhere else or what? it was out of stock when i ordered it to........

 

Ive receieved everything I've ever ordered from them. If it was out of stock you should give it 2 weeks before you start worrying. You can always call them to find out if its been shipped yet.

If it was out of stock of Friday, that is why you dont have it.

You could wait months for a product be in stock. If an item is out of stock, call elsewhere and order from someone that has the product on hand.
I have never had any trouble with Rocky Mountain Atv....excellent company!

 

Rocky Mountain is one of the best company's to order from! If the part was out of stock when you ordered it.... well you kind of answered your own question!
If you need the part soon call them back cancel your order and order from someone else.

 

I have ordered from RMATV allot and have had very good business with them. If you product was out of stock give them a call and get an ETA on the product for when they will receive it. Once they receive it add about 7 more days then you should get it.

Never buy out of stock unless it is the best price you can find, just my opinion.

 

Have them give you the order number. That way you can use their online tracking service. Get the tracking number and go to ups.com and you can track it across the country and right to your door. It will show what city that is in, and what time it arrived, and what time it left.

 

I have used rmatv a lot and had no problems also i recommend ysa powersports (yamaha suzuki of arizona) they are also a very good place to order parts from..

 

I've ordered lots of stuff from RMATV and I've never had a problem. I think they're a good company. Their prices are usually reasonable too!
