Easiest way for me to help you is to tell you to do a "search". Up on the top of the key here. Type your search (best pipe)(or something similar), you will find alot on this topic. Which you are correct by saying has been beat to death!

Ry,
Your going to have a hard time finding a quite aftermarket pipe for your machine. A piped Raptor in anything but quite. There are a ton of aftermarket pipes for the raptor and no matter which one you get you will get great increase in power. It almost comes down to what your pocket book will allow and looks.

I have been happy with my Yohimura RS3 Full pipe. It's not TOO loud.

Trinity makes a nice pipe too. But yes, do a search and after you read everything you find (it will take you a week or so to go through it all) let us know what you decide. Ha ha.

I like the fact that I can still use the factory heat shields on the Yosh pipe. I believe it is the only one that allows you to do that.

Good Luck

"Rappies"??? Give us a break!
Increased exhaust flow = increased decibals. Add some airbox improvement = more intake air flow = more decibals.A stealth quad and a breathing quad doesn't come in the same package.

i woud go w/ the yoshi, it won the pipe shoot out in dirtwheels, sounds good, looks good, huge increase in power, and u get to keep ur heat shields like GregV said.

Actually CT won the pipe shootout with the largest hp gain. And it is loud but you can make it quieter by using the 16 disc system, I would go with that one but fmf and big gun make a quiet series exhaust but you dont get the power you want. Your money and your choice, have fun.

Most pipes will give you a good HP increase. You'll also want to add a Pro Design adaptor & filter & trim the restrictor from the snorkle.

I love my Sparks X6!! I have the full pipe with stainless headpipe & spark arrestor.
You can remove discs to quiet it down & gain low end & add discs to gain top end but it'll be louder. Any pipe that makes a lot of power is gonna be louder but, with the Sparks X6 pipe with spark arrestor you can tone it down a bit. My pipe isn't extremely loud but it has a nice ROAR to it!!

You can see what the full X6 looks like on a raptor at the Curtis Sparks Racing Web Site Go to the Raptor page, Click Exhaust, scroll to the bottom of the page & click the pic of the Raptor in the dunes for a full size pic (That's my Raptor!!).

The quality & looks are top notch! The people at Sparks are friendly & know their stuff. They even told me that if I didn't like it I could send it back!
After I installed it my A$$ dyno said WOW I'm keeping this pipe!!
