Well, I just brought home the newest addition to the family. My wife said that since I have every toy I want, now it was HER turn to have something she wanted. The result?>>>>> Emily - 8lbs 3 1/4 oz of the most beautiful baby girl you've ever seen.(of course, thats just my opinion!) Here's my question, does this spell the end of toydom, or have I just gotten the perfect reason to buy more toys (for her of course, he he he) to play with?

Congrats on your new addition RyGuy660!

You now have a brand new reason to get toys! Of course the toys that you will need will include barbies, powerpuff girl outfits, tea party sets, and the like. Unless you turn her into a tomboy (which are always more fun than a girlie girl) and take her hunting with you etc.

Keep us up on you progress

Hmm, sounds familiar. Been there, done that recently.

I made sure to buy as many tows as I could before we had our baby. It's not so much that I can't have toys anymore it's that I have no time to play with them.

Congrats on your daughter and my condolences to you for losing your toy time.

Congrats RyGuy! I have 2 girls one 5 and the youngest is 2. you can still have toys but the problem is finding time to use those toys LOL. One thing is for sure. When she is old enough eveytime you get your quad out she will want a ride you can count on that. Kids are alot of fun enjoy!

Congrats!! I too just brought my second son home on saturday... (9lbs 8oz) Kids are great and as everyone said... Time consuming!!! I wouldnt trade it for the world tho. I dont think you would have to get rid of your toys but priorities do take over. Mt banshee has been parked in the garage since last september... I hope to get back to it before its an antique.
The first few months you will beg for sleep or work.... or anything to get out of the house Once they get a little older the real fun begins! My 3yr old wants to help out how ever he can (sometimes its not for the best, but they try)

Good luck and god bless!

I just got a new 02' Grizz last week, wed went riding with the rest of the family and their ATV's over the weekend. It was my 3 year old's first time riding on an ATV. Let me tell you, when she's all geared up and has the coolest looking new shiny helmet on, you think you look good in ATV gear, wait till you see your kid(s), they look cooler than the coolest pro riders. Wait till she is riding the machine with you screaming with excitement and telling you to "go faster Daddy, go faster!!" you will gain a whole new appreciation for your ATV and life in general. It only adds new dimensions to the fun of riding ATV's you could never have imagined before. Course your gonna have to wait a couple years till she's old enough, but it'll be worth it! Good Luck and congratulations.

congratz on the newest quad member in your family!!! if you even need practice, i have 3 you can borrow,( not the quads, the kids, lmao!!!) just think, you little girl can now be the first one on her block with a shiny new raptor, little one of corse, heehee. my 4 year old son is in love with my grizzly!!! i keep him to the gocarts for now, but he strattles the grizzly while daddy drives him around at a blistering speed of 2 or 3 mph!!! it always amazes me how i can look past some fun stuff for me now, and look at funner stuff for my sons, 16, 11 and 4. some how i always seem to find as much if not more pleasure from watching them tear it up than when i do it now, lol.

RyGuy,

Feeling kind of similar. Placed a ring on my 4 year gf's finger last friday. It sure was pretty, but I coulda bought her a two karat kodiak and got a lot more use out of it.
