I just got my fcr's and I have a fully modded trinity 686 kit. I have 3 larger intake valves full port and polish and I am running a graydon airbox with outerware lid. I live in ohio and I need some jetting help! I am also running full yoshi exhaust. Thanks in advance!

Call Trinity and ask either Jimmy or Harry.

OR

PM Herbdon, he is running a very similar motor as you.

Hey swy I did that but the specs they gave me seemed really really lean. They said run 143 mains??? Herbon is running like 185's or something I just wanted to see where I should start at.

Trinity will know better for your particular motor, since they built it. As long as they know what kind of airbox, filter your using and your elevation, Trinity will get you "close". Try it. You are always better to start rich and work your way down.
Unfortunately, nobody will be able to tell you exactly. You must start somewhere and I would start with Trinity's recommendation. Again, once you try it, you will know which way you need to go. Just keep going til your rich, then back it down one.
