2 persons besides me have ridden my Raptor,
eRaptiod at Sahara (while I was riding his) & vilnrk at the drags (I asked him to see what he thought of my set up)& I'll see if he can try it again tomorrow at the drags.
I trusted both of these guys to not do anything stupid.
No one else has ridden my quad, But if it's someone I trust I may let them in the future.
Otherwise I have no problems saying "no you can't ride my quad" with a smile on my face.

WOOOOOW! I feel soooo privileged now. I did not know that I was a select breed Well thank you letting me straddle the 'sand dragon'. Yours made me spend $money$ - and - mine made you spend $money$!!! That's funny isn't it??

Yea, I have been having that happen a lot more to me lately since my Trinity work has been done. Expecially after a few rounds of drag racing. It really sucks when it's your friends, beacause you feel like a shmuck for saying no. But once something is wrecked, replacing the bent parts doesn't usually fix everything. There is always that gouge in the plastic to scrape on the frame that reminds you of it. It's just not the same. It's one thing to wreck your own bike, but harder to handle when someone does it for you. Most of the riders in my group are pretty level headed, but I have just had so many things screwed up by friends in the past tat I have a really hard time turning over the keys anymore. I always leave my tether cable hooked to my belt now. When I get off, it gets pulled and comes with me.
I agree with the offering thing. I have let people ride it, but when there is a group of us standing around I'm not going to say "sure, go for it" which would only start the everyone wanting a turn, and the "why did you let him ride it and not me BS".
Hey Raptor660RNH, you have that printed on a sticker and I'll put it on my quad. I'm sure that'll make em' all clear on that question.

When I first got my Raptor I didn't mind if one of my friends road it. Second day one of them flipped it, in rewind, just after I told him how high geared it was. It pushed one of the bolts on the rear fender bracket through the fender. Ever since then I can popint at that and use it as my excuse no matter who it is.
