I was wondering if carbs off of a 2000 Banshee with TSR, would work on an 87 Banshee? I am not sure of the differences, but looking for an easy way to update my carbs if at all possible.

Also, are all of the stock Banshee carbs Mikuni's?

I believe the only thing that ever been changed on banshees though the years was J arms to A arms Color and graphics.

It is a system that shuts the engine down if the throttle is held wide open and the thumb lever is released. Safety mechanism for if/when you fall off your bike.

No they should work. I think the only thing they changed engine wise on the Banshee is the A-Arms/J-Arms, and I am not sure but i think the stock pipes are different on an 87 then the 88-03.

 

Yea, it is interesting, I thought all of the stock silencers were black, but mine appear to be aluminum.
