I am going to put a pipe and K&N on a buddys Wolv. What size mains are everyone running at sea level? I just need a good starting place. Is it around a 155?
Thanks for the help.

I am using a DJ 145 main at the moment. This is with 12 discs, torque stuffer, Pro Flow and a vented airbox lid. DJ 146 was pretty good, but still skipped very lightly.

The stock jet is 141.5, I just installed a new pipe and filter and changed the to a Dj to 147. I havent had the time to ride it too much, just around the yard and it seems to be alright. It skipped at full throttle with the main jet I hope it works with this one.

Remember, Mikuni and Dynojet sizes are not the same.

I ran a 147.5 Mikuni jet in my Wolverine with a ProFlow Filter setup and WB E Series exhaust. Ran great. I now have a Warrior with a WB on and 150 main jet. I think I will be going to a 155 on it though once I get my new filter on it.

Thanks for the help. I am going to use the Mik jets because the DJ kit is just to high and I have never had good luck with it.
