I thought it was a good deal.
Even with the extra cost for chrome or powdercoat & the fact you need a new carrier & bearing.
It defenatly looks lighter & the new carrier adjusts like a 250R so it's much easier to adjust the chain.
Your around $500 by the time you install it (with powdercoat) so I think I'll try to find a used stocker & have it lengthened.

I thought it was a nice looking piece of equipment. Chromed it even looks better. I didn't buy it, I was just watching it to see what it went for. I thought under 2 bills was a good price. $500.00 for a complete deal is way out of my ball park. If I were to do that, it would take a way my all around Raptor and turn it into a drag/hill shooter only type quad. Don't like that Idea. Plus if I only went 2" (i'd prefer 3-4&quot it would still work for me in the woods etc but a swing arm skid is probably out of the question then. Plus wouldn't extended brake lines etc be required?

If ever I get rich and can afford 2 quads (for me) I'll deck 1 out and keep the other for play, but then I'd need 3 quads cause I'd like to get a Banshee to.

I would also just get a stock extension just to save money. And yes if you get any kind of extension wether it be 1" or 6" you have to get an extended brake line ($48.00). And while your at it you might as well get the parking break block off and a new clutch lever and perch (I like the CR myself). All this stuff I just mentioned is fairly inexpensive.
