Your popping on deceleration is due to the pilot circuit being lean. Turn the air/fuel screws out 1/4 of a turn at atime until the popping goes away.

Hmm, I don't know. I could put this on my site, I really just needed a reference to come to, and thought other people might, also. I think I will.

Default Raptor Jetting/Mods data.

Year: 2002
Pipe: gyt-r aluminum / no spark arrester
filter: gyt-r, adapter plate coming soon
Main jets: Havent jetted yet,,,,thats why I was checking post
Pilots: need recomendation
Needle position: need recommedation
Elevation: 0-1500' usually
Crankcase Oil type: yamaha oil

I plan to run an outerwear airbox cover, pro-flow set-up, 160/165 jets and the above.

With just the pipe on there (currently),,,it likes to back fire when I let off, and seems to lack any top end

(just took it for a spin up the street.)
