150 bucks thats not bad i assume thats us money how much more hp did your son gain with his blaster with the porting he must have a fair ammount of horsepower for a blaster like 35 of sumthing. and if went in to the race if i didn't get porting i probably wouldn't need to use race fuel or would i and if i got porting i probably should right. ya your son probably is getting big for a blaster does he want a banshee or a new 4-stroke i'm 14 so in a couple of years i'll need sumthin bigger 2 i'll probably get a banshee cause 2-strokes work better in the dunes it would be great tho if yamaha came out with a 400 banshee or even the same motor in a new framen that would be great!

If you know someone who has an end-lathe, it would be no problem at all.
About 5 minutes of work on the lathe and your fixed up.
You would need to remove the sprocket hub from the quad, and with the 38 tooth sprocket lightly secured to the hub, then lay the chain on the sprocket to see how much would need to be removed for clearance.
Then just have that amount turned off the sprocket hub.

how do you like the toomeys it's like a whole new quad! the extention worked good. before with the toomey pipes the front end was pretty lite so i didn't want to flip going of hills in the sand dunes. The extention made a big difference it keeps the front end on the ground and it makes the quad look biger too. except if you get the swingarm extention you might want to look into going wider cause it would probably be pretty tippy. It installed pretty well. But like almost all aftermarket stuff it never fits perfect. I'm not sure which is more reliable a piston or porting, but i know with porting you don't lose that much reliablity. I've looked into duncan racing kits and its like 90% reliabablity so it would still be fairly reliable. My dad got the national pipe and porting kit from duncan racing and has gone in 4 6hour races and one 24hour and its worked great and they even one the 24h race. Hope that helps.

kewl idea with the stickers i was looking at putting some on mine two. My wheel spacers are 2.5 inches so that makes it like 5inches wider plus with my rims they have an offset so it adds another 3inches. Its really wide! Its too wide tho cause its hard to turn. I'd sugest fliping your front tires around it adds 3inchs for more stability.

I got my extention at a local dealer so i'm not sure what brand it was but i could maby look into it. It was fairly expensive i think it was like over $150 US but i could ask my dad if he remembered. How do those Fast Treckers work? HAve you ever tried them in the Dunes i was interested sinces it kinda has a paddle patern in the middle if they would work good or not. What sixe you get 20inch/

Ok. That's a little more than I was wantin to spend. I might though. I'm kinda on a budget. I just spent 600+$ in the last month. My Fast Trekker's r SWEET!!! Never tried them in the dune's. The closest dunes to me is prolly about 3-5 hours away. We're goin to a park that has some dunes(Badlands) in Oct. so i'll tell yea how they r. I got 21x7-10 front's and 20x10-8 rear on Douglas .160 Aluminum.
