I started with an 02 BB that ran perfectly, just needed a little more zip.
1. Installed an FMF MegaMax 2 tuneable muffler with all 12 discs.
2. Installed #110 mainjet.
3. Installed Dynojet needle in 2nd groove.
4. Adjusted idle mixture to 3 turns out.
5. Installed K&N filter.
6. Installed extra 1.5 in hole in airbox.
All of this was done exactly per instruction sheets.
Actually, it runs pretty good except way too rich. Black exhaust and sooty black plug.I know this is not good, but I cant figure it out. Whats weird is, I went leaner on the main jet to #108. As a test, it would not pull to top speed unless I pulled the choke on! It would with the #110 which is richer! SOMEBODY Help Please!
