Do you recomend NOS for a raptor. What exactly is NOS how much does it cost, how often do you fill it up and how much does it cost to fill up?

How does a raptor do in MX and any what do you do to make is MX ready. Will it beat a cannondale.

I can buy a MX raptor but its all chromed our ant custom painted but i get a GREAT PRICE ON IT how much contact is their going to be and will it scratch the chrom or chip the paint??????

Whoa if you don't even know what NOS is you definately don't need it. NOS is a brand name for nitrous oxide, it is an oxidizer that is sprayed into your engine to increase power. It is really only useful for drag racing and some people use it in the dunes. I would not recommend putting it on a stock motor, it may be cheaper at first than motor work, but the damage it can cause if improperly used will cost you in the long run. If you want to run MX there is definately no use for it. To make a raptor effective for MX you need to widen it, lower it, and get some better suspension. MX is mostly rider and a little machine.

It is a gas, when it is injected it is very cold though. Chances are you will scratch it or something because in MX you will eventually wreck of get tangled up with someone.
