Anyone running one? I was thinking about getting one. How do you like it?

I do not have one, but a friend of mine does on his 400ex. He loves his ride as soft as he can get it. I think he's had it on there for about 4 months..... and he is selling it now. He doesn't like it. He says it just sits taller, and isn't any softer.

Of course I don't know YOUR reasoning for looking into one, but his was a softer ride... and he did not get it.

On my Rap, I bought the Alba kit with gripper seat cover and took it to a local upholstery shop and had them add extra "SOFT" foam under the stock formed foam. Especially up front, cause I am a tank hugger. It has worked out really well for me.

I got mine and it lot thicker then stock for sure. But I have not got the seat redone yet due to lack of time to run down to Portland of Cascade where they do the seat cover. They do on Banshee mostly.
The foam is not rock hard, I would say more firm then stock for sure.

Hope this will be helpful infor for you.

THanks guys! I wound up getting a standard height gripper from CEET (what was I thinking wanting more seat height). I will install a tad more foam around the edges (where I slightly feel the base of the seat now).
I got the blue Contra Gipper....what do ya think? Ceet Racing Atv Seat Covers

Jeez Gary, I thought most people from the deep woods would go for the confederate flag or the camo cover

Nice seat btw.

I had the confederate cover, but decided it would serve a better purpose on a small pole in the back of my old truck. Since the dog rides with me.....he had scratched the rear portion up pretty good anyways. Besides, the gripper should hold me on better when too many refreshments are consumed....lol.

much better on the base sides
get ready to have buns of steel

I would prefer the Camo Gripper from MOSSY OAK for my Raptor.
