My buddy took his raptor to Trinity today. He could not figger out if he wanted the 686 or 727. Dose anyone have a big bore Raptor in here? Any help would be great. Also he is takn his bike in becuse i had some work done to my dale. I used to beat him because i was a better ridder but he dose not like to be beat. so he steped up again. I did not say that bc i want to start a corndog flame, i just liked the fact that i steped up now he is and a few others in our group steped up too. Also we love to drag but we like to hang behind Olds and jump and just screew around. He is like 200 lbs but dose not want a longer swing arm. So thanks to all of you that can help out with his choice.

Well, I have owned the mild Trinity 686 and now the more agrresive built 727.
Either way, I am going to suggest he go with a +2 swingarm. The +2 will help alot and also will not hinder his fun.

Ask me anything you would like to know and I will help as much as I can.
Here's just a few questions your buddy is goingto want to think about.
What is he looking to achieve?
How far is he wanting to go?
How much money is he looking to spend?

One thing to think about though, the 727 done the right way, is going to cost quite a bit more.

Default Trinity 686 or 727?

Hey thanks for all the help. It is a 2001 with a dyno jet and big gun pipe. He is getting rid of the big gun because it fell apart. They will have the cases apart tomorrow and will see what the trany or rod needs. He has $4000 to spend. He dose not want a +2 because he dose not think he could whip it in the air. thanks again.
