Ward- Not yet. Wish they made it like leggos. Acyually the motor is 99 percent finished. Ordered the VERY LAST CAM YESTERDAY that i will try. A company is sending me a new grind for try out.

 

Update on the "grasshoppers" head cover. I talked to his dad last night. He was going to check about having a shop weld it up. He also said at this point he might turn adam's quad into a craycraft 686 since it was apart and torn up if it would be ready for the 19th.

 

I would set the banshee classes as follows:

Under 400cc gas
Under 400cc open
400-450cc open
450+open

or:

Under 400cc stock cylinder gas
Under 400cc stock cylinder open
450+ stock cylinder gas
450+ stock cylinder open
aftermarket cylinder open

Banshees are limited by the small size of the intakes.

 

Oh ****, did my dad really say that? Yeah, had a track meet this morning, so I was asleep when you called. Dad took the head today, I think it can be fixed. It broke when I was installing the cam. tapped it with a rubber mallot, and I think that's what happened. I took off all VISABLE bolts, but forgot to take off the ones under the intake valve cover, tapped it with a mallot, and I think that's what happened.

By the way, this cam install looks a little tougher than I thought. Justin, or Ryan, do you guys know how to do it right? You think an auto shop could do it? (You guys are closer to me than mark)

 

i'm probably the closest to you, but mark only lives about ten miles from me so not much closer.
