What grips to you suggest

Default What grips to you suggest

I got a twist grip and am going to buy some new grips what would you suggest?

I use ProGrip street bike grips. They are soft and comfortable.

Renthal, Scott, ProGrip... the list doesnt end. I like renthal myself, because they got nice grip. But scott makes ATV and dirtbike. I actually saw some billet grips on ebay, looked cool, but I can imagine they arent very comfterble. Get what you like, there is plenty to choose from.

Same here too what Blueleader have..... I got those due to the hand guard that I put on the bar.

renthal I like the best

the pro grip are nice but I had them and they got wet and I almost broke my wrist in them cause the gel part got really slippery

good point. but not an issue for me in the hot deasert. I wonder how sea doo grips would work?

I have used FMF 909's previously on a Warrior & now on a Raptor. They are made in at least two grades of firmness & possibly three. I've always used the firmest with safety wire.

Anything but Scott. I love the renthals. Med compound, half-waffle. Remember to get the dirtbike grips so it will work with your twist throttle.

depends on what type of riding you do. had renthals gave me huge blisters, went to oury waffle grips, soft. no more blisters. my races last 1 1/2 to 2 hours long, so that's why i suggest the softer ones. and make sure you double safety wire them. and they won't move.

i ride a lot of dunes a bit of trail and this year i'm going to do a couple of 6h ice races
