if i was to put the hole shot XCT tires on the raptor do you think i would have to put a 12 tooth sproket on the raptor.

 

I run that setup.

You don't have to. You will go faster top end but lose a bit on the bottom. Not real noticable unless you are in the dunes.

I chose to run the 12/42 combo with those tires to maintain low end power. Especialy in the sand with my 22" Haulers.

 

Go with 12/42 That's what i run i do alot of trail and pit riding.I think it is all most like the stock gearing when you have the 20's on it.
