Default Water proofing a Kodiak

Is there any way to seal the breathers for the belt compartment. Has anyone found a way around this?

When you say "seal the breathers" are you wanting to completely cut off the air flow?

seen three or four different ways to do yamaha snorkles---all seem to work depending on where you're ridden---i keep my old ladies hidden just below the speedo case--she does'nt like to get her butt wet so that's all she needs--you don't need the large diameter most people think to cool a yammie belt--largest line i've used is 3/4--come off the exhaust side with a pvc plug with 3'4 inch nipple -- then run soft hose up the left side frame rail up into the front fender area (intake for belt)--good for moderate to semi deep watercrossings---as long as there is a bottom--ain't no bottom --better learn how to water walk--it'll float if ya good --- heavy weight snorkling--kissadeath has got bout a good a deal as anybodies---check out a website--funwheelerpark.com--you'll see a snokle on bout any atv made / mud races / drags /maybe some party pics before the allll nite ride---HAVE FUN-RIDE SAFE-GET MUDDY
