Default Steering Stem

Hey all, I just noticed a verrrry small amount of feeplay in my steering. It appears that the the bar clamp part is just a bit loose on the stem. Has anyone had something like this happen. Am I in danger of loosing my bars? Can anyone recommend an aftermarket stem?

Thanks,
