The bushings seem to wear into the steering stem which will eventually cause free play. I am thinking of adding a grease fitting to the bushing. Has anyone else tried this? What do you think?

 

That bushing setup needs to be redesigned first. I have been trying to work up a part similar to the set-up on a 400ex. I think that one could benefit more from a grease fitting than the Raptor design. As far as putting a fitting on the Rappy, I'm sure anything would help![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
