Just finished mounting crankcase breather for no lid.K&N #62-1100 has 1/2'' hose fitting and stud on other end. I made a bracket that's mounted with the screws that hold the filter adapter.The fitting ends up in the original fitting location.K&N also makes a filter without the stud it's # 62-1010 I think ,you could zip tie in place.If I was'nt such a computer tard I'd have a link to a pic. of the install.Thought someone would like the info.

 

Something you might want to consider. Find an outwears for your crankcase K&N, it will save you alot of cleaning supplies and time.

 

Ya. I read the thread doing a search, you and ward were talking about that. Did you ever find out if outerwears makes a prefilter for the small filter?

Very tempting.Now that I got it piped and jetted I could keep you guys in sight. But my mom is flying in from Fla. for the holiday.......Oh wait, I think maybe she would love to see some of the natural landscape of So. California. Yea big sand dunes,sunshine I might even let her take the rappy for a spin.But I do'nt think she'll go for it.Have fun.
