I want to start racing MX on my 03 raptor within the next couple of years. Due to the rappy not being the best mx quad, don't get me wrong its still a freakin good ride. Anyway i want to know what the first suspenion and engine mod should be. I think I would concentrate on an axle, ONe that you can adjust from stock to wider, and one that has a warranty. Then look at some shocks.. TCS, ELKA, Custom Axis ( I have heard that all of these are really good).Pros-cons about all of them.. Motor wise a slip on would probably do, or a full pipe, but I would at first concentrate on the handling.....and then once you can ride it really good, then up the power to match your skill......
