Use ITP mx holeshots sizes 18x10x9 and 20x6x10s. these tires mounted on stock rims eliminates 8 pounds alone.
My Pro Circuit muffler and pipe eliminated 7lbs
Tucker proarm roundhousing swing arm eliminates 1.5lbs
remove heelguards is 3.5 pounds
light removal is 4lbs
radiator fan 1.5 lbs
parking brake block off 1.5lbs
replace with aluminum handlebars =1.5lbs
airbox snorkel and lid-1.5lbs
remove toolkit=1lbs
remove rubber boots over motor-1lbs
remove front disc guards-1lbs
trim front plastic, remove reverse cable and front plastic mounting brackets=3.lbs
use aluminum rear mx grabbar and aluminum rear plastic mounting brackets=.5lbs
aluminum tierods and aluminum lug nuts=1lbs
remove plastic skids=3lbs
Roll design shifter=.5lbs
motion pro twist throttle=.5lbs
Elka rear shock rebuild=.5lbs
Elka triple rate shocks actually weigh 1lbs less than stockers(mainly due to spring sizes and aluminum bodies)
=-43lbs
adding aftermarket a arms and axle will make you gain around 6 pounds
pro peg nerfs will bump that up another 5 lbs
Get durablue or gytr front wheel hubs. should knock off 2lbs
if you mx don't replace your rear wheel hubs
replace steel brake and sprocket hubs should knock off 3lbs
aftermarket steering stem should knock off 1lbs
Rad brake discs knock off a little weight
use an titanium rear sprocket and chain kit should knock off at least a pound but expensive
Use carbon fiber bead lock rims. Pricey but may shave a hair of weight over stock rolled edge rims. maybe
Using a tapered bearing carrier in a round housing swing arm will be damn near 1lbs lighter than a dual row carrier(no steel sleeve on the inside and bearings weigh less)
I will be putting on ALBA action comp A arms. I will let you know what my raptor weighs in wet in a few months in this forum.
