You can expect 20-30 hp. depending on your porting and headwork.

I know two people who have the Dial-A-Jet and like them.

trinity claims 60hp from a 686. so you should have like 55-60 hp. are you going to run higher comp. piston. any head porting.

a raptor tuned just right with a good pipe can put out 49-50 hp. so if it is done right you can expect atleast 57-60hp

What Trinity claims and what they deliver are 2 different things. They do run well though...

My opinion is go with the port and polish it will compliment the rest of the [KIT] your having installed as far as max hp you will be limited by the Q but I understand [Oregon Dunes]. Are you doing a cam?

Roostking- I hope the KING does not read that comment before you 2 race. I think he might spray you.

Dyno numbers- You can dyno 1 quad at 3 different places 1 hour apart and get 3 different numbers. In the real world i have seen 45 on my first 686, 34 on stock, 36 on 3 different pipe combos and 38 with pipe/cam. Then on the same day a piped/jetted rappy hit 41. A stage 2 Ron Woods on alky 45 and a drag shee 59. Oh and a full race pammi760, 52 hp. This was on a brand new dyno jet dyno. Everyone was running there on tires. I do not know if Trinity or CT could get my motor to 63 hp with there recomendations for dynoing are not. I think the big proble is the pipe makers claiming 50 hp. Kind of hard to say a 686 makes 45 hp when piped/jetted raptor make 50. If you think about it , it is hard to figure that a 2 mm bigger high comp piston and a little port polish and a different cam is going to double the power.

I will agree with 14 you should go with how much percentage you will gain over stock rather than hp numbers
