Alot of it depends on what your riding conditions are like. I have seen alot of t-5's at the dunes. They are more of a top end pipe. They dont pack as much bottom end as some, but they still run good and look sharp. Ive never seen a pair of bills. T-5's and fmf are the most popular around here. they both work great.
As for reeds, you can go with boyessen dual stage reeds, or a carbon fiber. Carbon fiber work a little better for the quickness of your throttle, but they can wear quicker than the dual stage fiberglass. Carbon fiber is more expensive too. Approx $60, depending on what brand you go with.
you can get some carbon fiber reeds that have different strength to them for various power bands. some work better in low-mid, and mid_high, or just high.

I have a 95 banshee set up for woods riding. I use Vforce reed cages and reeds, they rip. throttle response galore. I also have a boost bottle and fmf (woods)pipes and silencers. I don't know to much about the Bill's pipes or about the T5's I have heard they are more for top end. But for the Reeds I would get the Vforce reeds they are the best.
