Just ground out the wire going to the switch in the case below the shifter and that will remove the switch from the system. There are two wires down there and one is a slip on and one has a philips screw. The reverse switch is the slip on.

FYI: REVERSE LIMITER
Warning: Dangerous Modification

To bypass the reverse limiter on ALL model year Raptors is to cut the GREEN/WHITE wire
near the CDI box and ground this wire that goes into the ignition. This tells the CDI that
you are in a forward gear, however the ignition will not be able to turn on the
reverse indicator light.
