So far, the only mods to my 03 Blaster is the Toomey B-1 Setup,,,and the Boyesen Rad Valve. I'm wondering what mods other's have done,,,which mods are your favorites, and why. Later, Dave.

 

when i had my blaster mine was the fmf pipe but you already have a pipe so next on my list would be the dura-blue rear wheel spacers, for the obvious reason stability

 

Do u have new wheels and tires? I'd go with Fast Trekker's if u don't. They hook up really good, but spin when u want them to. Then I'd flip the front wheels. That makes it about 2in. wider.

 

My favorite mod so far is my toomey pipe but favorite mod i want is new suspension ....yeah flip your front tires unless you do a lot jumping and stuff(which i do) ,i had them flipped but seemed to soften the suspension too much so i put it back to normal..So far ive only toomey pipe kit,renthal bars,14 t sprocket,gettin maxxis razr 2s on alum.rims in less than a month

well when i used to have my blaster i had a lrd exhaust and a uni filter and when my rear end blew apart i redid the brakes aswell and i found out that the motion pro shorty rear brake cable make a blasters rear brakes just as good as hydraulic brakes its a must have for a blaster owner

 

Do you have any more info on those motion pro brakes??

My favorite mod on my blaster so far has been my HiPer Banshee Carbon Fiber front and rear beadlock rims and my Banshee LSR +1 billet rear hubs and LSR Banshee +4 axle..makes it tons wider and waaay lighter..later

 

hey squig, so you got the pipe, eh? COOL. Leave the airbox lid off. it'll run better! now tires. you dont need killer wheels unless you have the bucks....i run holeshots on blaster and raptor, tho other folks will rec other types. you gotta research that. but if you go to a 20" rear tire like i did, 14t on the front $8 at rockymountainatv.com
to adjust for the tire size, and go like stink!
