Glamis is massive w/ camping areas spead over 100 sq miles. So no matter where you go on a weekend like that there is gonna be people everywhere.. I wouldn't ever go on such a busy weekend.. I go to the dunes to ride and alot of people go to party on T-Day and then ride, or just cause problems, no thanks...

Glamis is in the GUINESS BOOK OF WORLD RECORDS, I believe it was 4 or 5 years ago this happened, Glamis had the biggest gathering of people at one place for any event in the world there was a report that there was more than a half a million people there at thanksgiving, (i forgot which year) more people went to glamis that weekend than went to see the pope at his largest venue.

ok this pertain's to the beginning pics of the crash. i've never been to glamis and really don't know anything about the dragstrip. i'm just wondering how that crash happened? i mean its like the one guy flipped on top of the people from the side. i just can't seem to put 2 and 2 together. if anyone can give me an explanation it would be appreciated lol.

HERE'S a few more pic's. The first page is at the Sand Drags which were nuts! Second page is us messing around.
RhondaV-Are you coming out for New Years with your family? We have a large group showing up from all over and will be in Wash 14 or 15 behind the store. Look for a RoostFest banner or sign. Look us up!

On a side note Glamis is a safe place to go. If you decide to go to the 'hot spots' it can get a tad crazy
But that is only in certian spots.

trailblazer: the buggy was hauling a$$ and i believe he was even in a wheelie. when he became aware of teh banshees that were staged in front of him he braked hard and turned right. this evasive action riped the left rear tire of its bead and when then edge of the rim caught the ground it sent teh buggy into a roll..... the drag strip at glamis is not really a drgag strip... its wierd, nothing sanctioned, nothing organized. but everyone knows to be at a certain place at around 2 pm. there is no christmas tree no finish line.
